Where do you deliver?
All nine South African provinces. Metro areas typically within 48 working hours; outlying areas 2 to 4 working days.
How do I pay?
Pay by card (Visa or Mastercard) through Yoco, or by EFT. Your order is confirmed as soon as the payment clears.
Is the price at checkout the price on the tile?
Yes. Delivery is shown before you enter your address, and there are no surprise fees at the last step.
What about cold-chain products?
Chilled and frozen items ship in insulated packaging with gel packs. If temperatures aren't kept, we replace or refund.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, until it's packed. Email hello@homecart.co.za with your order number.
