These terms govern your use of Homecart (homecart.co.za) operated by Homecart (Pty) Ltd, registered in South Africa. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

Products and pricing

Prices are in South African rand and include VAT where applicable. We take care to describe products accurately, but reserve the right to correct pricing or availability errors before dispatch.

Orders and payment

An order is only confirmed once payment is received. If payment fails or an item becomes unavailable, we'll contact you before dispatch.

Delivery

Lead times and fees are outlined on the Delivery & collection page. Delivery windows are estimates; delays caused by courier partners are outside our control.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the value of the order.
