PAIA manual

The Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA) gives you the right to request access to records held by Homecart (Pty) Ltd. This page summarises how to do that.

How to request

Submit a written request using the Regulator's official Form 02. We'll respond within 30 days. Prescribed fees may apply as set out in the PAIA regulations.

Records available

Records held include company registration and tax documents, customer order records (subject to POPIA), and internal operational records. Some categories are automatically available; others require a formal request.
